The Nature of Handmade:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, you may notice slight imperfections such as an off centered label, minor discolouration in wax, etc. None of these will impact the quality of the candle.
Candle Safety:
Please allow your initial burn to last 2-3 hours.
To prevent tunnelling, allow your candle to reach a full melt pool (when the wax is melted from edge to edge).
For optimal burn, trim your wick to 1/8″(3mm) - 3/16″(5mm) before each burn. You can do this by simply using your fingers to snap off the burnt area of the wick. This helps to prevent tall flames, smoking and soot build up.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep lit candles away from flammable objects, drafts, children and pets.
Stop use when only 1/2″ of wax remains to prevent the glass from overheating and shattering.
